As one of Shropshire's leading marketing and design agencies, we are also the County's most forward thinking. We know that in order to remain on top of our game, we need to be actively sourcing and mentoring young talent from the local area. To enable us to achieve a constant flow of new creativity, we have developed the Reech High Academy. Giving aspiring designers and marketing professionals of the future a taste of agency life, we work to support and compliment people new to the field (moo!).

Born from the success of our Managing Director, Robert Hughes the Reech Academy is very much Rob's baby. Once a young graduate graphic designer himself, Robert spent three years working and learning hard to rise through the ranks of his previous employment, to clinch the coveted position of Head of Design. On-the-job training and simply rolling his sleeves up and 'getting stuck in' fused to give Robert the opportunity to develop and flourish. Now the managing Director of Reech Media Group Limited, Rob stands by the motto that first hand, work experience is the best route to achieving a successful career in design.

Open to students of all ages – from 14 years right through to university leavers and beyond, the Reech Academy will consider anyone that can demonstrate a real passion for the industry. Designed to help kick-start careers the Reech Academy also works to give our team the opportunity to work with the newest and most recent creative minds on the market. We are always keen to learn something new ourselves and relish any chance we get to tap into fresh and imaginative thinking.
